Ordered over two weeks ago next day…
Ordered over two weeks ago next day delivery for a Christmas present. Still has not arrived and no answer from company it’s appalling. Will not be using this company again.
Terrible Service! Avoid this company.
Paid for express delivery with DHL which was £4.994 days ago and was told Xmas guarantee, for them to send the item which is a Xmas gift with Royal Mail - who are striking and will probably not receive on time for christmas now! First and last time ordering a gift from this company. They also have no number to call for customer service. Also ordered it 4 days ago and no dispatch email as of yet!!! Avoid this company, terrible service

Amazing jewellery- would deffo buy again?
Such lovely jewellery pieces at such an affordable cost. They come packaged so nice and are perfect for gifts or for yourself. Delivery took about a week and a half but this is to be expected when you order around Christmas time- just order in advance if you need them for a specific date. I have bought jewellery from joma quite a few times now and wouldn’t hesitate to buy again ?

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. 21st birthday bracelet bought with additional charms which weren’t included. Complained, was refunded and ordered another one. Also came without additional charm. We are now two weeks post birthday and still no bracelet. Have been advised they will refund again but have completely given up and ordered something else entirely.
PAID NO ORDER ARRIVED
Crap... used Apple Pay! No sales confirmation order and no way of having proof of purchase apart from the fact I paid for it!!! HALIFAX HAS PROOF I PAID! Absolute clowns! No response! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FRAUDULENT CLEARLY!

Incredibly poor customer service. Having placed an order via the website and provided my billing address and an alternative delivery address, I’m shocked to find out that if pay by Apple Pay your address details will be completely overwritten with an address you haven’t provided or used with this company. So now my sisters birthday present has been delivered to the wrong address and according to the customer services department, I’m the one that has to contact Royal Mail or drive to the wrong address to locate my order. Not quite sure how joma’s software issue is my fault, and I’m now out of pocket.

Excellent products and design and delivered very promptly. There was an issue with the delivery of photocards for which I needed 4 and i only recieved 1 but on contacting customer services this was soon dealt with. Suzanne from customer services was very helpful and very quick with dealing with the query. I will definitely order from here again. Thank you Suzanne for all your help. Regards Claire

Excellent customer service and if could give more than 5 stars i would. I ordered 2 bracelets on 24hr tracked. Having only recieved 1 the next day i clicked on tracking number for the second to find that it had been missorted by the mailing company to Isle of Man! After contacting Joma i recieved a prompt email within 10 mins and item is being replaced free of charge and have new order number to confirm.. Highly recommended this company and jewellery is gorgeous with a lovely gift bag. Thankyou Joma jewellery first class business

I placed an order of 3 items and used my student discount code, when paying for the items my phone froze, the code was removed and I lost the discount. I emailed and contacted via Facebook in frustration. The response was very swift, the discount was refunded and so there was no delay in the birthday gift I received the upgraded delivery that I asked for.
I love Joma Jewellery, I now have the birthday gifts in plenty of time and the customised packaging is excellent value for money.

Terrible Delivery Service, Poor Communications !!!
The bracelet itself was good, however the delivery was terrible, very poor. I paid extra to get it posted 48hr tracked. I never received a tracking number and after a week i had to email to find out where it is. No appologies, I just got told that thet were busy and running behind. I never even got offered the extra payment I made as a refund back for the fast delivery.
It was for a birthday present so not happy at all !!!

I've now bought 3 times from this place and i love it so much! The jewlery is so pretty and the gift boxes and personalised bags just make the gift so nice and personal. All times I've ordered delivery has been really quick and well packaged. Would defo recommend

Would give zero stars if possible. Customer service is disgusting.
Ordered bracelet for a gift and paid next day.
Item never arrived.
Very disappointed dont offer next day delivery if you cant deliver service.
Also recipient now doesn't have a gift and birthday has passed.
Your customer service team needs retraining in the art of saying sorry!! Not picking fights with customers!

Bought 2 items for my granddaughters for xmas..
Delivery was very quick,and the items are amazing value and look beautifully presented but I am disappointed that I havent received the free little personal note,and wasnt offered this during the purchase online...
I would of loved that extre free personal touch as I dont see the girls often with them living abroad,that would of finished the present off...
If jona would like to send me the little touch note with the girls name,I would appreciate that.
But overall I'm very pleased with my items.

Shocking Customer Service
I placed an order for a bracelet and paid for next day delivery. Item arrived 6 days later!!!! after many calls to complain. This was a birthday present so this spoilt the birthday. Delivery charge was refunded, but no discount or money off offered from Joma, even after sending a letter of complaint. Aviod this firm, buy elsewhere.
